Position Summary:
Develop Value added operation new capability in line with market driven activity from sales team, and deploy internal resources for pilot, optimization and implementation of new technology or service capability.
This position requires a high degree of motivation and a good set of coordination as well as project management skills In addition this person should possess good written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
Job Responsibility:
Formularize requirements from sales or customer for new value-added operations
Lay down and lead the value-added development projects through organizing of internal resource
Coordinate engineering and production team for equipment, layout and resource setup till readiness
Manage the project pipelines and effectiveness of investment for new technology or capability designed
Qualifications:
BS in Engineering or equivalent
About 8 years related working experience, essence for project of setting up new plant or production lines
Project management skill
Experience in Industrial Engineering
Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English
Strong business sense
Solid communication skills to interface internal teams, and customers etc.
