Job Requirements & Academic Qualifications:
1. Education:
BA degree or above
2. Work Experience:
Have 5 years or above experience in EHS function
Familiar with establishing Policies and Procedures in compliance with ISO 14000
Familiar with organizes and managers ISO14000's internal auditing
Accesses and addresses potential work hazards to ensure a safe working environment
3. Ability:
Strong interpersonal, problem solving and analysis skills;
Good Influencing skill and teamwork
Excellent Oral & Written language skill in both English and Mandarin
4. Training:
Relevant EHS training programs
Goals and Objectives:
Plays a role in developing and managing organization-wide environmental safety/health policies to meet both national and local regulation requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develops and establish all organization-wide environmental safety/health policies and programs.
Directs and reviews all periodic security reports.
Manages and trains EHS staff and all employees to improve overall safety sense.
Assesses and addresses potential work hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
Develops environmental safety and health budget.
