职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
1. In charge of Agro accounting management to ensure compliance of both Corporate and BU Policies.
2. Ensure achievement of financial performance targets.
3. Ensure business compliance with Statutory, Legal and Taxation requirements, corporate and local business policies & procedures, and ethical business practices.
4. Work with businesses to identify and prioritize business requirements, support business change to solve business problems, and facilitate approval within Agro processes.
5. Lead the Agro Accounting team to ensure people capability and growth matches business requirements.
Accountabilities/Measurements/:
1. Review all Agro accounting related documents to ensure all records accuracy, integrity and completeness;
2. Wrap-up on potential risks/issues of inventory management at least twice per project a year;
3. Liaise and coordinate effectively with cross functional people to ensure month-end accrual on rational basis;
4. Report on GL ledger and analysis monthly and propose on action plan for continuous improvements ;
5. Review accounts on Balance Sheet, perform trouble-shooting every month;
6. Responsible for timely and accurate Financial reports and reporting reconciliation;
7. Carry out and continues improving internal control system to ensure effectiveness and rational;
8. Keep good communication with local authorities to complete required reports timely and accurate;
9. Other ad hoc tasks per Agro business needs.
Key skills/ Critical experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
2. At least 7 years of proven experience in a finance function in a FMCG/ Food industry
3. At least 3 - 5 years management-level experience
4. Multi-culture exposure, manufacture experience is must
5. Solid experience in an US MNC in a similar financial management capacity
6. Experience in a packaged goods/consumer or food company
7. Experience in CPA firm is a plus
8. Knowledge in US and China GAAP and local tax
9. Broad understanding and management experience in finance, accounting, treasury, internal control, and maintaining relations with regulatory bodies
10. Strong in system and process
11. Familiar with ERP system, Oracle& SAP is preferred
12. Strong and proven leadership skill set
13. Strong team builder and motivational leader
14. Skillful at creating a culture of open communication
15. High integrity
16. Problem solving and result driven
17. Independent, team player, good interpersonal skills
18. Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English is mandatory
19. Proficient in Microsoft, especially EXCEL.
