Report to: Recruitment Manager, China.
Location: Shanghai
Position Summary:
As one member of Recruitment Center, his/her key responsibility is to fulfill the assigned vacancies within lead time. At the same time, he/she should work together with peers to work on projects & activities related to trainee program, employer branding, establishment of recruitment center of expertise, and continuous improvement of existing recruitment process and methodology, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Effectively source candidates for the opening positions through various channels, based on the good understanding of business need and job profile;
2. Screen the resumes, select the potential candidates, conduct interviews and recommend the suitable candidates to hiring manager;
3. Coordinate the interview process for hiring manager, HR Business Partner and other stakeholder, provide suggestion on the hiring decision, negotiate the offer, conduct the background check when needed;
4. Identify and develop the effective recruitment channels, build up and maintain good relationship with the channels, keep track on channels' performance;
5. Contribute to and participate in projects and activities related to trainee program, employer branding, establishment of recruitment expertise, etc
6. Work together with HR peers on improving existing working process and procedures
7. Other tasks assigned by the Recruitment Manager;
Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. 3-5 years recruitment experience in manufactory or sales company with full functions;
3. Familiar with recruitment process, skillful in vacancy fulfillment
4. Passionate for sourcing, attracting and acquiring talent;
5. Accountable, self motivated, good team spirit, can work independently and efficiently under pressure;
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
7. Good command of English;
