Report to: Vice President - AP
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading and implementing project activities from requirements gathering through successful implementation of Siebel CRM solution in multiple sites in Asia
- First / Second level support for troubleshooting
- Technical responsibilities include gap analysis, solution design, build/configuration, testing, deployment, and data migration.
Requirements:
- 3+years of Siebel CRM experiences
- Demonstrate expert knowledge with Siebel application
- Ability to implement quality solutions using Siebel application
- Requires experience and thorough knowledge of relational databases, system architecture and programming languages and experience implementing relational database software applications
- Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem solving abilities, ability to address and interact internally and externally.
