职位描述

Report to: GM
Location: Shanghai

Roles & Responsibilities:
-? Maintains and enhances the human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
-? Responsible for the human resources activities consisting of national and local labor legislation/regulations compliance programs, safety, employee benefits, wage and salary administration, employment/recruiting, training, public relations, labor union harmonization and security.
-? Develop and coordinate personnel policies, procedures and programs within the scope of company philosophy, objectives, and policies.
-? Create a safe working environment and effective training and development programs that create a working environment, which is conducive to maximum employee efficiency and productivity. Work in partnership with the business unit to fully understand the key business drivers and needs, of current and future challenges.
-? Collaborate with the business, utilizing business intelligence and analysis to integrate people issues into the business planning cycle.
-? Give a strategic HR perspective regarding business development & planning

Required Skills and Experiences:
-? Bachelor's degree required.
-? Min 8 years of HR experience in a variety of HR roles, has experience on managing industrial workforce would be a plus.
-? Knowledge of the spectrum of possible HR interventions and experience of delivering improved business results.
-? Experience of getting to know and understand the business and to identify how HR can best contributes to its success.
-? Strong customer focus and proven ability to build productive relationships at all levels of the organization.
-? Experience of coaching & consulting, underpinned by a collaborative & supportive style of working. And working proactively to make organizational change happen.
