Job description
- Responsible for technical customer service to the Chinese confectionery industry
- To create relations to the technical organization at customers sites, and to under stand the challenges,.
- In collaboration with the AAK CCF team in DK and other parts of the world to create
- solutions with the specific customer based on AAK products to develop and maintain a portfolio of customer projects
- To develop tailor made products for the customers.
- To follow up on all technical issues claims trial runs customer needs etc to follow up on all technical issues, claims, trial runs, customer needs etc.
Requirements
- Language: English and "relevant local languages"
- 100+ traveling days / year in and outside China starting with 2 x 3 month in DK 100+ traveling days / year -in-and outside China -starting with 2 x 3 month in DK and possible other sites for training.
- Relevant technical background and preferable 2 -5 years experience in the Chinese conf. industry
- Out going, energetic person who can build and maintain relations
- Ability to learn, understand and communicate complicated technical / process issues.
