Reports to: HR Director-Asia
Location: Shanghai
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:
- Be responsible for payroll in RHQ & China Tools, manage Asia HQ and NEA Employee profiles and contracts, coordinate HR projects/ tasks/ activities in Asia Region.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management Company:
- Be responsible for monthly payroll, social benefits accuracy, and pay out on time.
- Key in all personal records into HRIS and maintain all personals records and files to ensure the data accuracy.
- Employee contract renew/sign for Asia HQ employees and also coordinate the expatriate management
- As the key contact person to Fesco and maintain the good relationship with them.
- Coordinate HQ new employee hiring, on boarding and probation review/follow up.
- Support hiring mgr. to prepare job descriptions, and annual JD tracking and review.
- Coordinate quarterly employee communication meeting, annual employee event and other ER related activities in RHQ.
- Coordinate HR projects/tasks/activities in Asia Region
- Other HR assignments as and when assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highly conversant with labour legislation and proficient in Microsoft Office Software
- Resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet set goals and objectives
- Good interpersonal and communication skills is highly desirable
- Degree/Diploma holder with related program.
- At least 1 years' relevant experience in payroll management
- Possess high level of integrity and positive work attitude
- Familiar with Platinum HRIS is a plus
PERFORMANCE EVLUATION STANDARD:
- Accurate of the data in HRIS
- Accurate of the monthly payroll
- Efficiency of the tasks delivered
- No major finding in internal and external audit.
