Principal Accountabilities
1. Responsible for implement, update and improve the local policies and procedures of the credit function;
2. Strong accounting or finance knowledge and knowledge about Oracle system, particular in experience to order, AR and credit management ;
3. High quality credit review to recommend reality credit term and limit according to business facts. Review and release order on hold in oracle.
4. Achieve collection targets and resolve disputes/delays/other issues by cross-functional co-ordination
5. Preparation of timely and accuracy reporting and advice to management and related functions.
6. Prepare regularly past due AR report and follow up until overdue closed
7. Support for related file to internal and external audit related task
8. Idenfity high risk accounts and take action to achieve related targets
9. Keep in touch with customer to deliver AR and credit information or service on time
Key Qualities Required
1. Strong drive to acquire in-depth knowledge of credit aspects and industries
2. Good data analysis or report skills
3. Excellent system skills(Oracle,Excel,Powerpoint, Word)
4. Fluent in English & Mandarin , both oral and written
5. Ability to build relationship with customers and internal department
Qualifications
1. Bachelor or above degree. Major in accounting, Economics or finance is preferred
2. Above 5 years of credit and collections work experience in a multinational organization.
3. Possess effective communication skills and team work is a must
