POSITION SUMMARY

? Identify and develop Medical strategies for MPS local new product development projects in Infusion and injection area
? Participate in the development of MPS portfolio strategy with BU, RnD and WW.
? Product clinical usability and safety performance input for MPS product development project from medical affair perspective
? Lead clinical trial planning for MPS product development project, registration clinical trials protocol synopsis, to meet local registration needs, and in close collaboration with relevant functions in the organization.
? Interact with related KOLs to support the new product development plan and registration strategy;

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop MPS product clinical development plan to support MPS business and clinical needs in China;

2. Responsible for effective communication with project team, clinical research manager, regulatory manager, product development project expert and statisticians for the development of MPS product clinical development plan, registration strategy, clinical evaluation strategy, protocols synopsis with the inputs from internal and external experts.



SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. The ability to excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese;

2. Knowledge of medical affair, clinical trial methodology, study design and implementation, as well as data analysis of study findings;

3. Good communication and analytical skill; fluent speaking English is required;

4. Strong minded regarding compliance issues yet willing to be flexible on problem solution;

5. Flexible in learning elements relating to the medical device side of business and products;

6. A flexible and adaptable individual who can fit into a new environment and culture smoothly and easily.

DESIRABLE

1. Medical affairs advisor in multi-national medical device or pharmaceutical company and experience in medical affair, R&D, protocol design, clinical study planning, execution, reporting and publishing activities is ideal.

2. Clinical expertise in hospital is required.

3. Surgeon or Nursing background, master degree is required; MD background is more preferred. 举报 分享
