Position：助理研究经理/研究经理（汽车研究方向）

工作职责：
- 管理下属员工，包括员工计划,团队建设,员工培训和绩效考核等
- 与客户保持紧密联系以提高诚信以便进一步获得商机.
- 带领下属员工在项目设计、项目管理、项目分析中提供专业的、全面的服务以确保生成有实用价值的分析报告.
- 协助总监/总经理获取新的商机.
- 控制项目成本以提高竞争力和成本效益并负责项目款.
- 根据客户的项目需求准备完整的项目计划书，必要时为客户演示报告
- 指导下属准备小型和中型项目的内部计划书
- 设计分析报告的指南/格式并用可控的结论写分析报告; 指导并核查中小项目中由下属所写的分析报告
- 以高度自信和专业的方式设计和递交分析报告给客户
- 管理调查问卷设计、内部计划书、进度控制、表格规格、码表生成和数据分析等.
- 与其他组和公司其他部门沟通共同讨论并以高效解决问题。

岗位要求：
- 本科学历或以上
- 至少4年的市场研究及相关行业经验具有基本的市场和统计方面知识
- 有市场营销方面知识
- 在汽车研究领域具有丰富的知识和经验
- 有某一特定行业知识者优先思维开阔，积极主动，富有创造性和能够吃苦耐劳
- 能够适应加班和在压力下工作
- 为人仔细，值得信赖
