Position Description:
1) Monitor Storage system performance, status and storage system capacity, and report changes in usage. 2) Troubleshoot Storage hardware and software problems.
3) Participate in the new project set-up, user training, hardware/software installation, maintenance and support, and documentation of hardware/software logs and operating procedures.
4) Performs daily Storage administration.
5) Support the users whenever issues are faced.
6) Act as mentor to junior engineer.

Position Requirements:
1) Knowledge for IBM/EMC/HDS storage
2) Knowledge for Storage and OS integration
3) Knowledge for SAN
4) Knowledge for Backup and restore
5) Knowledge for monitors tools
6) Knowledge for ITIL
