Position Description:
The Finance Strategy Analyst is a key role on the Finance BT team. The role is critical in supporting the planning and execution of Finance strategy at Lenovo.
Specifically the role will involve
1、Defining and updating the overall Finance strategy for supporting Lenovo’s business and support its dissemination
2、Helping set the multi-year Finance strategic roadmap
3、Tracking and controlling Finance strategy implementation
4、Preparing regular strategy review communications

Position Requirements:
1、Strong academic record from a nationally recognized institution, 3-5 years of work experience in financial field, MBA preferred
2、Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, able to structure problems clearly, thoroughly and systematically work through analysis
3、Superior analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, research capabilities and attention to detail
4、Can prepare clear written executive communications (primarily in Powerpoint)
5、Clear top-down communication style and ability to grasp key messages and guiding thoughts
7、Self-motivated and ability to creatively identify methods to achieve a goal
8、Strong oral and written English skills
