Position Description:
1. Deliver regular communications for all staff through a range of channels, to ensure the overall consistency and accuracy of company and Service Group’s strategic message.
2. Work closely with VP and VP’s direct reports; manage the key information delivery by utilizing different channels, such as company intranet, internal magazine, newsletter, and announcement to highlight Service Group within the company.
3. Be responsible for establishing, maintaining and continually improving a joint, proactive and effective internal communications process. In managing the change, delivering the key messages and understanding the impact on staff.
4. Important conference and workshop – Planning, co-coordinating and running the communication activities

Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree is a must, better to major in communications, journalism or public relations.
2. Bilingual candidate with excellent English/ Mandarin writing skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Understanding of the role of internal communications in an organization; previous communications experience in a large MNC is preferred
4. Up to date knowledge of internal communications methods, be creative in designing communication programs.
5. Effective communication/interpersonal skills with people at all levels, including ability to use tact, diplomacy and persuasiveness.
6. Ability to deal with a demanding workload which may include considerable correspondence and to priorities accordingly.
