Role model, to lead the team in a positive way, be proactive.

To build the team to a top performing team.

Make sure the whole team is working in same tools & methods.

Check and follow the workload of team members.

Evaluate individual staff performance and work actively with Feedback and Dialogue Talks.

Make sure all Project concepts are clear as well as for the team members.

To monitor quotation method according to the standard that set out by the company.

Use reference price and samples from the history.

Plan production units, capacity plan as tools when sending quotations to suppliers.

Optimize the best lead-time and quality standard.

PACKAGING MATERIALS TRENDS/FASHION

Constant update the latest materials from the market.

Have the knowledge about the materials capabilities from the existing & new suppliers.

Develop the trends/new products with best & suitable suppliers.

Keep development on every stage as short as possible.

Follow closely what suppliers are working with in the field.

COOPERATION WITH OTHER TEAMS

To have close communication and information exchange with other departments.

The need for existing and new suppliers.

The strategy for development will be linked to the demand/dept. PMP is the tool at present.

Development products according to the information from SEBO.

Close cooperation with merchandising team or specialists in order to secure the quality that fits well to the final finished production.

Provide training to new staff and present new working tools to all colleagues and updated when new Graphic materials come up.

SECURE H&M QUALITY REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS

Have the knowledge of our existing supplier base, and the capabilities and status concerning CoC & commercial strengths and weaknesses.

Source and arrange evaluation & education of new graphic suppliers.

Make relevant tests on materials during development stage. Also make relevant tests on the finished products when need.

COOPERATION WITH SEBO-PO

Constantly keep good dialogue with Label and Quality dept in SEBO.

Sharing knowledge and expertise.

COOPERATION WITH H&M SUPPLIERS

Good knowledge to graphic suppliers' capabilities, fashion sense, price, quality, capacity and lead-time.

Optimize the best target price.

Follow up suppliers that we are facing quality related problems with, and together with our seniors and teams educate them.

Visit suppliers for both existing & new suppliers when need to secure production required standard.

Give support in situations where orders are stopped due to quality problems of graphic items.

Have a clear overview of suppliers performance from both technical, and quality side.
