Position Description:

This individual is responsible for product mgt and operations in WW. Responsibilities include product definition, product design, product development and product life cycle management of ThinkStation portfolio, product planning and execution, driving ThinkStation business growth.

1. Own product segment from inception to EOL; includes business case development; gathering market requirements; product definition; lunch planning and execution;

2. Responsible for communication with WW GEO about portfolio and strategies, products information. And responsible for market message creation, sales tools and assist in Geography marketing and promotional programs to drive/support Geos to achieve business target.

3. This position requires working efficiently and effectively with Development, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance and GEO marketing team members to deliver a leadership offering on-time and drive business growth. Interactions will also take place with Vendors and Customers as required.

Position Requirements:

1. More than 5 years working experience in product management, product marketing.

2. Good at analytical skills and creative thinking. Strong negotiation, written and oral communications skills and the ability to deliver on marketing requirements.

3. Strong execution ability and problem solving ability.

4. Strong business English reading & writing, presentation skills.

5. Strong computer skills with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint programs.
