Position Description:
Support business from the Finance perspective providing inputs on analysis
Accurate reporting of financials for the Segment/Territory
Provide accurate and proactive analysis of financials to all stake-holders – BU heads/territories, Product managers, verticals, etc.
Ensure fcst/ budget submission are executed as per the Finance calendar for the respective segments.
Support/Coordinate with the Leadership team to prepare the Geo Business reviews.
E2E ownership for all financial data in the financial system (BPC) for the Segment by Territory
Support in GTN ( FBA) management and analysis, timely accruals and risk analysis.

Position Requirements:
Total work experience of 5+ yrs. At least 3 yrs of experience in Finance or Accounting.

Expert knowledge in the following:
Accounting principles
MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Financial planning, analysis and reporting
Presentation skills

Good communication Skills
Good Interpersonal Skills
Ability to learn and high degree of Flexibility to adapt quickly
Ability to handle complex/ ambiguous
Ability to Handle pressure and remain calm

Ability to work with teams across functions/cultures
Self motivated with ability to own and close issues with consensus
Customer orientation and focus
Ability to Interact and communicate effectively with the Senior Leadership team
Ability to look at the details as well as the bigger picture

System Skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP / BPC preferred
BS Accounting, Finance or CPA.
