Position Description:
1.Annual performance review
2.Salary planning & promotion
3.Employee development & mid-year career discussion
4.Leadership and management development OHRP
5.Interact with US HRBPs, GMs and EDs to help business running from HR
6.Support HR community

Position Requirements:
1.Master degree of Business Administration/Human Resources
2.1 to 2 years of directly applicable HR experience in major MNC players in China. Previous experience in HRBP area will be a plus.
3.Able to work with matrix and hybrid organizations, strong influencer
4.Result-oriented and can work independently, good system thinking, strong people acumen, able to deal with ambiguity.
5.Strong in project management, HR communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
6.Have to have basic HRIS skills as well
7.Have the ability to work across a multi-functional organization and with employees at all levels
8.Excellent English both oral and written
