Position Description:
1.Perform daily operation as manager of PRC Reimbursement team
2.Control and improve accounting process/desk procedures, and compliance with corporate, legal and statutory regulations
3.Supervise various people management functions, including recruiting, performance evaluation, promotion and rotation etc.
4.Perform other related incidental duties

Position Requirements:
1. About 5 years full experience in Finance or Accounting, at least 3 years in Accounting, 1 year as team leader or manager
2. Fluent communication in both English & Mandarin
3. System experience in either SAP or Oracle
4. International background and accounting certificate is preferred
