Position Description:
1.Work with IT Services managers, IT functional teams and third-party vendors to negotiate, draft and review IT/Bussiness Transformation contracts and SOWs.
2.Work with Merge&Acquisitions and Post Merge Management teams to perform due diligence, negotiate/draft IT-related M&A documentation and manage the IT-related integration activities of the acquiree into Lenovo
3.Manage vendors regarding contract-related issues
Establish processes and procedures to monitor key contractual deliverables and requirements

Position Requirements:
1.This position will require significant problem-solving.

2.The individual will work with IT functional teams when they have contractual issues and disputes using his/her analytic skills and judgment gained during prior experiences.
3. Individual will be responsible for resolving most issues and disputes.
4.Complex decisions, or decisions which may impact the overall direction of the discipline, will be escalated to management for final decision.
5.7-10 years in contracting, preferable with an IT company
6.Bachelor Degree
7.Preffered 10+ years in contracting with very strong background in IT and with IT vendor management.
