Position Description:
Recruitment
Design an effective, global campus recruitment program to support LATP
Manage worldwide Accounting campus recruitment with full alignment to the Global and China Talent Acquisition organizations
Build and maintain campus recruitment relationships and channels for Accounting and ensure good relations with global and China university/college students and professors
Hire top students to participate in LATP
Maintain the annual campus recruitment activities and schedule

People Development
Design the Lenovo Accounting Training Program with input from key Accounting and HR stakeholders
Develop the training and development plan including course curriculum, vendors and teachers, annual schedule, mentoring, budget, etc.
Deploy the training and development plan aligned with the strategic business plan and initiatives
Assist LATP participants to resolve questions/concerns and ensure they are fully integrated into the program
Develop a mechanism to rotate LATP participants to jobs within the Finance organization at the 1-year mark and upon completion of the program
Ensure that there is a constant flow of energetic, qualified, talented and competent new accountants to fulfill the resourcing needs of the Lenovo Accounting and Finance departments.
Collaborate with the Accounting HR Partner to be aligned with overall Finance training and development initiatives
Ensure Accounting leaders are satisfied with the program results

Position Requirements:
Bachelor degree in HR related and certified trainer is preferred
5-7 years working experience in recruitment and L&D with an MNC
Strong communication skills and passion to work in a cross-cultural environment
Good command of oral and written English
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
