- Focus on Retail banking project planning and delivery management, such as budget control, cross team coordination
- Engagement among various technology support team cross project implementation progress including Infrastructure designing, Solution Architect, Information Security, Integration, Testing and Service Transition
- Responsible for project risk assessment, control and escalation
- Coordination between country business and group technology team for both the business requirement clarification and technical solution proposal
- Vendor engagement and management during the project delivery phase
- Organize project meeting, produce periodical project status report
- Regular updates to country Technology Head and Retail business Head
