Position Description:
1．Support Asia Pacific & Russia CIS Trade Compliance Teamto resolve day to day trade compliance issues for Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Russia CIS countries .
2．Coordinate and interlock to drive various trade compliance internal stakeholders in China and globally to sustain trade compliance for imports/ exports operationally.
3．Research, analysis and support providing direction to business on new trade/ customs regulations or development(s) in the countries.
4．Manage and coordinate with local authorities and experts to successfully drive closure any customs audits or queries in the countries
5． Prepare accurately and timely trade compliance reporting, data/ information.
6．Where applicable, support regional teams to minimize the impact of import taxes of imported goods and customs risk avoidance
7．Support any regional Trade projects assigned by Trade Compliance Manager(s)
8．Develop good relationships with Product Teams, Finance, Accounting teams, Tax, Procurement, Manufacturing and Legal.

Requirement
1． Knowledge Import/Export laws and regulations with emphasis on hands on customs experience in Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Russia CIS countries
2．Ability to coordinate with authorities and experts to successfully resolve queries.
3．Project management experience is a plus
4．Excellent communication skills, English and Chinese both oral and written
5．2 to 5 years experience with import/export or customs/t trade compliance background
