Position Description:
1Leads the ODT team to understand the project charter and to complete project objectives.
2Understands and manages the project scope to deliver within the time / cost restraints.
3Ensures appropriate team membership.
4Manages the IOD Checkpoint Process for the project.
5Tracks and measures team performance.
6Delivers realistic reporting.
7Reviews charter for any cross brand/system projects planned/underway specified as related to the project & ensures effective interlock. Document/brief ODT on those projects & ensure each member establishes and maintains interlocks with their functional peer.Ownership and management of Smart Launch Timeline and Smart GA

Position Requirements:
1.5年以上工作经验，3年以上项目管理经验， PMP优先
2.精通英文听说读写
