Position Description:
1.Lay out long-term enterprise architecture plan and roadmap for the IT organization
2.Run an effective enterprise architecture planning cycle and governance to set enterprise architecture guidelines, reference models, and ensure execution to evolve towards a target, best-in-class enterprise architecture
3.Understand Lenovo’s evolving business model deeply and the changes in architecture required to be able to support the future business effectively through best-in-class enterprise architecture
4.Keep up emerging and evolving technologies and understanding their implications to the business (e.g., cloud computing, Big Data, social networking in enterprises)
5.Drive fact-based, objective and clear analyses and business cases for key architecture investments and portfolio, creating shared alignment between the business and Chief Information Officer teams

Position Requirements:
1.Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to structure problems thoroughly and approach their analyses methodically
2.Bring fact-based analyses to enable objective decision making on complex technology architecture issues
3.Strong collaboration ability with need to build and run global virtual teams, across IT and the business
4.Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in IT and business
5.Possesses strong English communication skills, verbal and written
6.Ability to create business and executive presentations (including Powerpoint)
7.Ability to create technical documentation
8.Skillset: Overall 10+ years experience in both business and enterprise-class technology solution; heavier emphasis on business exposure and knowledge
（1）Business exposure：
 E2E business process understanding in PCs, or other discrete manufacturing industries and consumer electronic devices
 Enterprise and IT architecture and strategy setting and design
 Business architecture design and reference model creation and translation to application and technology architecture
（2）Technology：
 End-user computing technologies
 Services and storage platform technologies
 Disaster recovery and business continuity
 Networking / communication technologies
 Technology architecture design concepts (e.g., domains)
 Virtualization
