Position Description:
Works with different business as a partner at the enterprise solution level;
Works with different business unit on future business changes that impact multiple functional areas.
Designs and manages a process which accommodates different business units.
Recognized as strategic advisor in global environment.
Maintain updated business E2E process on the solutions environment, based on interaction with different business unit.
Manage the overall solution effectively and must be knowledgeable about responsible solutions, products and features, and must be willing to learn other related areas surrounding the solution.
Coordinate with Project Delivery Team for project E2E deliverable.
To be attuned to new business opportunities, issues, business feedback and to communicate these back to E2E solution team;
Co-ordinate and minute regular meetings with business units covering business concerns and functional requirements etc.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor (undergraduate) or Master(graduate) degree in Computer Science
Strong understanding of on business process;
Ability to map technology to business solution
Experience to play Consultant/Business Analyst/Solution Architect roles in projects
Fluent English and Mandarin language skills. Good skills in both oral and written English.
Using creativity and drive, takes virtual team leadership role to meet pre-defined business objectives.
Creates, communicates, and gains commitment to a compelling strategic vision.
Independence and ownership: Takes ownership for actions, seeks feedback and takes direction Ability to work with a minimum of direct supervision or guidance from others
Optimistic, positive thinking, enthusiastic, self-motivated Interpersonal sensitivity and responsiveness to customers
Great relationship- and inter personal skills, ability to build up a network within the company.
Good situation analysis skills, ability to summarize status of complex situation.
