Position Description:
1.Collect requirements and collaborate with teams to facilitate business development.
2.Cooperate with Site management team/Production teams/WW team to finalize the requirements at blue print stage
3.Review, understand, categorize the RQs delivered by WW
4.Guide Site management team/Production teams to understand the functionality and finalize Release/SP list with priority
5.Work with Site management team/Production teams to finalize the resource planning
6.Coordinate and communicate with Lenovo Project Manager for regional test readiness and status
7.Coordinate and manage regional functional and regression testing assignments
8.Work with testing team to finish required test cases with tight deadline
9.Testing bug management
10.Cooperate with Site management team/Production/WW team to make go or no-go decision & Sign-off on launch decision
11.Coordinate functional setup and deployment activities for Move to Production go live
12.Continues improvement based on feedback and historical data for better performance

Position Requirements:
1. At least 3-year working experience in IT industry, experience in e-Commerce is a plus
2.ecommerce project manager experience is a plus
3. Master degree or above & IT education background.Overseas education background is a plus
4. Knowledge of e-Commerce, JavaScript, HTML, Oracle DB, SQL
5. Strong English communication skill & experience in cross-culture communication is a plus, able to effectively communicate in English via Con-call/email
6. Strong project management skill
7. Can-do attitude and work under heavy pressure with tight timeline
8. Quick learning & strong team work capability
