Position Description:
This position includes a wide range of accountabilities and management activities referring to recruiting, people development, HeadCount plan & retention, training, awards & recognition, communication & publication, office administration management.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Set up and execute recognition program which support department's strategies realization and enhance Lenovo culture.
2) Reform and improve communication module as the platform of Lenovo culture.
3) Organize team building related staff caring activities execution within budget.
4) Department Branding Promotion in Lenovo by using different channels, such as publication, news letter.
5) Set up department's yearly training plan and staffing's career development.
6) Co-operate with HR side with recruiting process and other talents acquistion process.
7) Manage and provide office supply such as assets management.

Position Requirements:
1) 6-8 years' operation management related working experience, IT industry is preferred.
2) Ability to work under high pressure.
3) Self-motivation and commitment to deliverables.
4) Fluent oral and written English.
5) Demonstrate leadership skill to lead high performance team.
6) Analytical skills and project management skills.
