Position Description:
1. Support Vendor Management Team on daily activities in terms of tracking, reporting and controlling;
2. Enhance and design Vendor management processes；
3. Handling external resources recruitment and holding external resources interview meetings, together with IT lead;
4. Dealing with escalations from internal department VS external resources;
5. Taking charge of external consultants’ performance evaluation.
6. Taking part of Contract Management.

Position Requirements:
1. Fast learner;
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
3. Logic thinking abilities;
4. Good command of English in written and speaking;
5. 3-4 years related to Vendor & Contract management experience is preferable.
