Position Description:
1.To develop, release and maintain Lenovo PC manufacturing test process, to support PC products volume production. The manufacturing test process consist of function test code, process code, test equipment, procedures.
2. To provide technical support on MFG test process to world-wide manufacturing site.
3. To support new product introduction by setting up test process, conduct trial build, to manage test process problems which are to be caused by design, parts, process.
4. To drive world-wide test engineering projects, to improve, to enhance Lenovo test process.
5.To develop and maintain test code, test process code, and tools.

Position Requirements:
1. BS/BA (or higher) in CE, EE or equivalent studies
2.At least 2 years experience of MFG Test Process Development/Maintain
3. High level PC product knowledge, and job experience
Mandatory: PC hardware (PC-AT core architecture), BIOS, Windows OS
Electric/electronic circuit, Mechanical basic, Network and Server
Preferable: PC Sub-system (HDD, ODD, LCD Display, Network, Wireless, RF circuit)
4.Programming skills, knowledge, and job experience
Mandatory: C/C++, Win32 API programming, DOS batch, Software test & debugging.
Preferable: ASM, ActiveX, COM, Java,
5. Problem management (job experience)
Describing, characterizing, analyzing problem,
Isolating the problem cause, evaluating the impact of problem.
FA report creation / evaluation
6. Project Management
Basic knowledge of project management.
Some experience of driving functional, or cross-functional project in technical area.
7. English communication -- fluent communication oral and written. CET-4 or above
8. No limitation to travel abroad.
