Position Description:
1.Manage procurement operation key projects.

2.Measurement on KPIs and excution.
3.Initiate innovotion ideas of DT tower.
4.Establish initial (prior to Concept exit) and final (prior to plan exit) commodity sourcing proposal for assigned WW product set and platform.
5.Work with ODT and ODM Business relationship manager as required (aka ODM GCM) to gather all necessary information (etch specs, roles and responsibilities, quality input, service requirements, cost targets, user experience requirements, etc.) from various ODT functions for ODM RFQ package.
6.Establish commodity requirements as required for ELP/SVT systems based on input provided by the MPM.
7.Establish initial commodity ramp plan as required per input from MPM and Marketing. Ramp plan shows which and how many commodities are needed in order to support the manufacturing build schedule (ELP/SVT builds, ELP2 test, SOVP, SS) provided by the MPM.
8.Ensure procurement functional team readiness to support ELP, SVT and SOVP builds to include working with the GCMs/GPSMs to execute risk buys as required via the LLT process.
9.If needed, work with MPM and GPSM to ensure that materials DOI targets are achieved as planned.
10.Support procurement activity to meet Smart GA.
Drive cost reduction actions as needed in order for the product to meet cost targets.
Provide appropriate support and input at all major reviews.
11.Review PCRs that are submitted by other ODT functions and assure appropriate input (support/non-support) is obtained from the procurement function.
12.Review PCRs that are submitted by procurement sub-functions and assure that all or procurement all affected procurement parties are in agreement before the PCR is submitted to the ODT. Communicate appropriate feedback from the ODT to the submitting area and obtain procurement agreement on final PCR proposal.

13.Obtain approval for any additional monies needed from the brand business unit PCR fund.
14.Perform other duties as assigned or needed in order enable the success of the assigned products or program/strategy/tactical initiatives.
