Position Description:
1. Be responsible for web content production, including creation and editing of HTML and visuals; work with content management systems to publish or update online content.
2. Complete tasks on timely manner to achieve SLA (Service Level of Agreement).
3. Working closely with clients and web producers to ensure final product is appropriate for web audiences.
4. Assist immediate and extended teams to complete projects and special launches.
5. Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve the workflow.
6. Be proactive in continuously improving Lenovo web sites quality.
7. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure good team work;
8. understand issues surrounding user experience, accessibility and information architecture.

Position Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree,web development or other computer science related field.
2.Expert in HTML/XML, DIV/CSS, JavaScript; can write Web code efficiently without assistance of visual tools. Knowledge about other programming and scripting languages such as JSP or JAVA is a plus.
3. Experienced in web page layout or template development, familiar with Web user experience concepts and practices.
4. Experience in CMS tools or web production process is a plus.
5. Skills in graphic editing or design is a plus.
6. Effective in English communication, CET4 or equivalent is a plus.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills; Teamwork.
8. Ability to work under pressure.
9. Ability to meet deadlines.
