Position Description:

This position includes a wide range of accountabilities and management activities referring to recruiting, people development, HC plan & retention, training, award & recognition, communication & publication, office administration management.

1) Set up and execute GIS Global Recognition Program which support GIS strategies realization and enhance 5P culture.

2) Communication Meeting reform and improve as the platform of 5P culture.

3) GIS Team Building & Sport Club Plan execution in budget.

4) Promotion of GIS in Lenovo, monthly GIS news letter.

5) Set up GIS yearly training plan and execute.

6) People Career Development.

7) Recruiting and offer.

8) Manage and provide office supply.

9) Department asset management with alignment of Lenovo ADM regulation.

Position Requirements:

1) Good English written and spoken communication.

2) Ability to work under high pressure.

3) Self-motivation and commitment to deliverables.

4) Ability to interact with other towers or department members or management.

5) Demonstrate leadership skill to lead high performance team.

6) Analytical skills and project management skills.
