Position Description:

1) Lead Finance & Contract management team to manage day-to-day activities and ensure the performance of the team.

2) Guide the department in managing budget, expense, procurement and contracts in accordance with relevant processes and policies.

3)Perform various financial and business analyses for critical projects/initiatives.

4)Keep good relationship with vendors, to coordinate with relevant regulations.

5) Development and implementation of service pricing and chargeback models.

6) Support Executive Director to define and drive key initiative and strategy planning, key operation transformation and maturity improvement.

7) Engage and support Chief Finance Officer or Globle Supply Chain group for some financial or procurement activities.

Position Requirements:

1) Be familiar with Financial management principles and methodology (e.g. GAAP).

2) 6-8 years experience in relevant IT areas with 3+ years management experience in cross function working environment.

3) Good English written and spoken communication, ability to work under pressure at high levels of performance

4) Self-motivation and commitment to deliverable.

5) Master degree, have background of Business Management, Finance Accounting or Economics, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, etc
