Job Description

· To manage global logistic operation with 3PL, and lead major process changes on internal logistic teams in China and Macau to ensure its alignment to company’s global logistic strategy and expectation.

· To ensure the 3PL properly execute the agreed shipping terms and SOPs in the manufacture regions.

· To manage the shipping teams of manufactures located in China, Vietnam, Latin America to ensure all the Standard Operation Process and policies are followed.

· Manage the communication channel and process among the parties of ASN Software Solution company, manufactures, Deckers IT and Supply Chain to assure electronic ASN, factory invoice and UCC 128 labels are generated for all shipments from all manufacture sites.

· Manage the communication channel among Deckers China/Macau shipping teams, DHL and Deckers US Supply Chain team to support DHL global direct ship projects .

· 管理全球物流运作，在中国和澳门团队里领导主要流程的改变，以确保与全球物流战略和预期一致性。

· 确保3PL就已达成一致的船务期限、标准运作流程在制造地区得以有效执行。

· 管理在中国、越南和拉丁美洲制造商的船务团队，以确保标准运作流程、政策得以遵循。

· 在参与ASN软件系统内包括工厂、Deckers IT 和供应链，管理好相关沟通渠道和流程，以确保电子ASN、工厂发票和UGG128标签在出货时均已具备。

· 在Deckers中国、澳门船务团队、DHL和美国供应链团队内有效沟通，以支持DHL的Deckers全球运务。

Required Qualification –

·Minimum 5 year of global logistic operation and shipping team management experience.

·Experience of managing logistic processes across various offices located in different locations.

·International trading knowledge including LC presentation.

·3PL freight forwarders experience is a plus, but not a must.

·Excellent communication skill with proficiency in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

· With sound knowledge in computer literacy and experience in using technology to improve logistics process.

资格要求：

· 至少5年全球性物流运作和船务团队的管理经理；

· 有对不同区域和办公室物流流程的管理经理；

· 具备国际贸易知识，包括信用状流程；

· 具备 3PL 的经验更佳但非必须；

· 优秀的英语口语及书面、普通话及粤语沟通能力

· 良好的计算机运用技能并运用相关技术改进物流流程；
