Key Duties & Activities
1. Store operation management (standalone & Multi Brand Shop)
The Sales Operation Manager is responsible for the off-line retail operation for both of Cache Cache and BONOBO. In order to consistently improve the store as the touching point to provide an excellent experience when customer in our store.
° Support the regional sales team by delivering above expectations in regard to all related operational and administrational aspects.
° Align each region on execution of key initiatives.
° Plan annual activity/events to support execution of company strategy.
° Coordinate and screen HQ activities/events to ensure the quality of execution in store.
° Develop and maintain operations cost budgets and monitoring the spending in each store.
2. Sales Performance
° Build up the flat form to optimize the sales report system, includes but not limit to: regular sales results, KPI, etc.
° Ensure store sales targets are delivered on time to all stores with collaboration from Finance
° Identify sales opportunity through store productivity analysis.
° Design, report and analyses store incentive plans in conjunction with HR if necessary.
3. SOP Standardization
° Continuously enhance the store operation SOP in order to adapt to the transformation of store portfolio.
° Ensure the policies and procedures are adhered to the company compliance needs.
° Work with regional sales team to implement the SOP with our partners and conduct the random/regular store visit.
4. Others - Key Coordination between HQ & Branch/Partner
° Coordinate with regional sales team to complete the feasibility and ROI study for all new stores in conjunction with Business Development.
° Manage the operations execution, feasibility and reporting of local marketing events.
Job Requirements:
° Bachelor degree in Business Management/Statistics.
° Excellent in English and communication.
° Solid experience in data analysis or retail operations and marketing.
° 5 to 10 years experiences in big MNC in FMCG and/or retail industry.
° Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills required.
° Experience in cross-functional communication.
