Main Responsibilities主要职责

- Direct and develop talent within the Manufacturing Engineering department;

领导制造工程部并发掘人才潜力；

- Provide technical leadership and support in identifying new process opportunities. Coordinate effective development of resources including leveraging external resources where possible in long-term development efforts;

为发现新流程提供技术指导和支持。有效地开发资源，包括在长期的开发实践中尝试平衡外部资源；

- Maintain an awareness of operating problems, initiate methods improvement and revise operating procedures to ensure repeatable resolution;

随时了解操作问题，提出改进方法、改善操作流程，从而确保问题不断得以解决；

- Maintain an awareness of new manufacturing equipment and make appropriate recommendations including developing the cost justification and appropriation request when necessary to meet capacity needs;

随时了解新型制造设备并提出适当的建议，为满足产能要求，确定合理的成本及资金需求；

- Develop the ME budget and coordinate the completion of the capital budget in conjunction with other departments and manufacturing facilities;

制定制造工程方面的预算，制定资本预算并使其与其他部门和制造工厂相协调；

- Assist in the maintenance of all process documents to ensure they are understood by manufacturing and that they satisfy customer requirements for effective process control;

为所有程序文件的维护提供支出，确保这些文件是易于理解的，能够满足客户对于过程控制的要求；

- Provide technical leadership in the launch of new product. Work with Sales and Application Engineering to ensure a capable manufacturing process.

- Ensure effective maintenance procedures are in place to keep equipment in optimum condition.

- Maintain the plant facility so that it is always in like new condition.

- Provide guidance to process development team to ensure ergonomic performance;

- Educate ME associates with sufficient EHS knowledge and help team to develop safe working methods;

教育和培训制造工程员工充足的EHS知识并且帮助团队发展和促进安全工作的方法

- Develop and maintain safe, healthy and environment friendly manufacturing process;

促进和维护安全、健康及环保的制造工艺

- Managing department contractors to ensure conformance with internal and external EHS regulations;

管理部门对应的供应商以确保其行为符合内外部EHS的规则

- Stop any unsafe activity no matter it’s conducted by Company associates, contractors, customers or any other visitors

有阻止针对公司员工，供应商，客户或者其他访客的不安全行为的义务

- Report any EHS related nonconformance to company

报告不符合公司EHS规定的行为的义务

- Refuse to work in unsafe way

有拒绝不安全状态下工作的权利

- Comply with Chinese laws& regulations and Company requirement

Skill Competence Requirement 技能要求

- Can take advantage of office software like EXEL, WORD, AutoCAD proficiently;

能熟练运用EXCEL、WORD、AutoCAD等软件；

- Very good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of personnel;

良好的人际沟通技巧和与团队合作能力；

- Leadership talent;

团队领导能力；

- Excellent English in speaking, listening, writing and reading.

- High level of motivation and ability to work independently; demonstrated ability to provide sound evaluations of highly technical manufacturing problems; and a working knowledge of the plant’s engineering and manufacturing procedures and systems.

Experience工作经历

- Bachelor or master degree, engineering or relevant major; more than 8 years working experience for bachelor and more than 3 years working experience for master;

本科或硕士学历，工程等相关专业；本科8年、硕士3年以上工作经历；

- 5 years experience of a manufacturing plant environment – covering all functions;

制造工厂五年的工作经验——覆盖所有模块；

- 3 years experience in senior positions or department manage experience.

三年高级职务或部门经理工作经验。
