Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责
1. New store opening: work with MKT HO to tailor-made opening plan for different stores and cities to enhance the brand’s presence and achieve the sales budget cost-effectively.
2. Defense activities to key competitors – Sephora & Manning: work with Trading & MKT HO to design and carry out the activities in order to constrain the key competitors.
3. Outdoor Promotion: work with Trading and stores to explore more outdoor opportunity esp. funding by the suppliers.
4. Local sales enhancement: work with Trading & MKT HO to tailor made marketing activities to meet local sales requirement.
5. Local support to MKT HO/Trading to make sure the activities smoothly delivered. Ie:Model Store/Customer Service/CRM
6. Continue to optimize and roll out the Beauty Consultant program in the South Region to enhance the beauty authority positioning of Watson.
7. Continue to optimize and roll out the Own Staff In House Promotion program in the South Region to enhance the sales of the high GP, high sales potential products (esp. the own house brand products).
8. Support national Research/Media plan & implementation, local feedback & follow up action plan.
Personal Qualities&Qualifications 个性品质及任职资格
1. Preferably FMCG retail experience with 5 years customer-facing exposure
2. Can demonstrate success in tackling challenging projects. Project management experience
3. Self-starter with ambition
4. Persuasive with highly tuned communication skills
5. Results orientated. Commercial skills.
6. Graduate preferably with an MBA.
7. Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
8. Good PC skills including PowerPoint.
