Job Objectives
? Provides direction and execution support to the organization's eCommerce efforts on e-channel key accounts development.
? Accomplish the company objectives by formulating a business strategy towards the customer and develop new opportunities for business.
? Responsible for eChannel development, delivery the sales result under company channel strategy and pricing policy
? Understand customer needs, customer and market insights to formulate Business Plan with the customer.
Scope of Responsibilities
1. Review constantly current business practices and performance with customer and internally.
2. Negotiate trading terms, promotions, listings and price increase etc and communicate properly to ensure implementation on time. Plan and monitor trade spend on customer.
3. Works closely with corporate e-commerce team to ensure that all promotion programs are well executed with channel partner
4. Responsible to follow customer order, inventory, and AR, to make sure a better inventory status and a better case fill rate
Professional Experience/Qualifications
Experience & Education
? BA / Master, MBA would be a plus
? 3 years of experience within key account management, e-channel key accounts management experiences would be a plus
Knowledge & Skills
? Strong understanding of the digital landscape and of the eCommerce market
? Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Personal Attributes:
? Must have the selling skills, and the key account management skills
? Must have the ability to work with many levels of the organization, addressing needs at each level.
? Possesses strong team building skills.
? Possesses strong verbal, analytical and written communication skills
? Possesses strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
? Possesses strong creative, resourceful, thoughtful approach to problem solving.
? Knowledge of underlying technologies that make eMarketing and eCommerce effective.
