Role Summary/Purpose

Responsibilities include that ensure new product development is done on-time, to right quality and cost.

Essential Responsibilities

•Manage the development team and influence direction setting for the product and organization. •Full responsibility of leading development efforts on products. Lead team to ensure successful team deliverable. •Formulate and implement plans to achieve technical requirements, scheduling, and contract commitments. •Leading the development through the entire design cycle including requirements generation, design and implementation, verification & validation as the key technical mentor

Qualifications/Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related computer field. •At least 6 years of experience in software engineering and Product Software development. •Proven experience of managing projects & teams and experience in team building•Strong understanding of all areas of the Software Development Lifecycle and appropriate methodologies. •Strong technical understanding of software development, demonstrated understanding and practical experience leveraging and applying design patterns.•Creative, Clear thinker, good problem-solving and facilitation skills.•Strong oral and written communication skills including the authorship of technical documentation.
