工作职责：
1.负责处理重点客户订单，对未满足的订单进行分析找出根本原因并提供相应的解决方案
2.与销售和物流及其他相关部门进行有效的沟通以保证货物准时顺利送达到客户
3.协助向发票会计提供准确的销售收入确认信息以保证发票的有效性
4.第一时间跟进客户的回款情况确保订单到回款环节的顺利进行
5.负责客户合同的收集及归档工作，并定期向销售部门提供合同相关信息，向信用部门提供相关信息以支持客户的信用审核
候选人要求：
1.本科或以上学历
2.1-3年以上客户服务或财务和应收账款相关经验，快速消费品行业优先
3.良好的沟通能力，注重细节并有强烈的工作责任心；优秀的时间管理能力和跨部门沟通能力具备一定的抗压能力
4.能熟练操作SAP系统和Office软件
Responsibilities:
1.Handle customer orders of key accounts
2.Proactively work with sales, logistics and other functions to achieve a seamless flow of product to the customer
3.Analyze the unsatisfied orders to find the root cause and propose solutions
4.Provide the accurate and complete information of sales revenue confirmation to invoice accountant to ensure the valid and accuracy of official invoices
5.Tracking with customer’s payment and ensure it can be accuracy and on time
6.Collect, record and check contracts and provide periodic tracking report to sales team to push the collection of contract and provide information to credit department to support their credit check
7.Communicate the problems of contracts/AR statements/damage allowance orders to sales team, logistic team and customer service team
Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above degree
2.1 year working experience in customer service related works, FMCG industry preferred
3.Strong ownership, detail-oriented and good communication skills; Strong time management skill and cross-function communication skill; Ability to handle work with high pressure
4.Familiar with SAP system and Microsoft office
