目前 捷成饮料中国 面向社会招聘以下职位：

• Business Analyst (隶属于财务部）

职位概述：

1. Responsible for marketing spending planning, reporting, results monitoring and analysis as well as support management in decision making with high quality and timely analysis for corrective actions and continous improvement
2. Support in preparation of Marketing agreements, analysis of customer profitability; support sales & marketing function with appropriate expertise in finance and advise on the most appropriate financing options when dealing with cutomers
   

基本职责：

1. Work with sales and marketing function to maximize impact of brand investment and marketing programs;
2. Assistant to contract the budgeting of marketing and roll process
   
3. Optimize marketing resources (A&P and investment) to meet company target
   
4. Ensure suitable tracking is in place to understand the portfolio performance at a category and brand level, support marketing team in suggesting corrective action to manage target achievement as business needs.
5. Conduct variance analyses and perform budgetary control on marketing expenses
6. Design and maintain the interal policies and processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
7. Proactively carry out high qulity and value added analysis to support business decision on marketing investment, expense controlling and investment controlling.
8. Ad hoc business cases follow up assinged from line manager from time to time
9. Support the procurement process for marketing related goods and services.
   

基本要求:

1. Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Accounting, Business and Statistics or Finance related disciplines
   
2. At least 5 years related work experience (with Auditing firm or internal audit/fiancial analysis or business analysis experience in preferrable)
   
3. Must be business driven and proactive; Strong sense of commtiment
   
4. Good communication skills and be able to work with difference departments
5. Self-starter and be able to work on details. Ablity to manage large volume of data and transform the raw data into meaningful analysis to facilitate management to make business decisions
6. Hands-on experience in Excel and knowledge on Oracle or other ERP is an advantage
7. Able to work under pressure and as part of a team, with tight deadlines
