职位描述

Job Objective
Lead the finance and controlling team to provide financial data with high time and quality commitment, make sure the result of company meet the expectation of shareholder, and financial status in a stable position

Job Profile

1. Bachelor degree or above with business, accounting, or finance,
2. Fluent mandarin and English, German language
3. CPA or ACCA preferred
4. Almost 15 years in accounting, controlling or commercial related area
5. Familiar with ERP system, experience with SAP is a plus
6. High business orientated;
7. Be able to focus on details
8. Excellent communication skill, especially in an JV environment;
9. Honest and high trustworthy

Tasks / Area of Responsibility

1. Set up, maintain and optimize the financial process, procedures, to make sure a timely and appropriate book-keeping in the company. Ensure that all systems (financial and operational) provide accurate, timely and meaningful data (Flash report, comments, KPI,etc.) for management action and decision making
2. Lead and direct all internal financial areas, including costing, management accounting, internal control, business planning, budget/rolling forecast preparation and tracking and risk management.
3. Implement strengthened financial policies, procedures and systems, Ensure that the business operations comply with the company policies and procedures as well as local regulations
4. Provide financial leadership in all quoting, cost estimating and project appropriation request preparation, option analysis
5. Develop appropriate measurements of the company's performance, work with managers to achieve the results, and communicate these results to senior management.

6. Optimize cash management, to make sure the funding requirement of company fulfilled under a economic approach
7. Follow the taxation regulations to make sure no tax risks, minimum the tax burden under a legal frame.
8. Coach, motivate, improve the knowledge, attitude and skill of sub-ordinates, to make sure the professional development of the team
