POSITION
SUMMARY

This position will play an active
role in developing and deploying BDB China e-commerce program, and contribute
to expand coverage, improve customer satisfaction, and drive sustainable growth
of research reagent business. It also provides ample opportunities for those
who like to challenge themselves to learn and perform in a fast-paced
multi-team cross-function environment.

KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES

·
Review customer registration and set up
online account

·
Maintain and update research reagent web
content and catalog

·
Assist in planning and execution of
online campaign/promos

·
Coordinate with sales, AS and
distributors to process online order

·
Work with IT and global team to
troubleshoot system issue

·
Generate web traffic and online sales
monthly report

·
Provide ad hoc support on other e-commerce
related tasks

REQUIRED SKILLS
AND ABILITIES

 
• Good
       communication and interpersonal skills

 
• Multitasking,
       able to work both as a team and cross team/function

 
• Customer
       oriented, results driven with attention to details

 
• Fluent in
       English, both speaking and writing

 
• 1-2 year work
       experience will help but welcome fresh graduate to apply

DESIRABLE

 
• Minimal
       bachelor’s degree, masters is a plus but not a must

 
• Prefer to have
       background in business, IT, medical or life sciences

 
• Basic
       understanding of e-commerce and reagent business

 
• Great if worked
       in customer facing or commercial role before
