职位描述：
Principal Accountabilities:
Problem solving for manufacturing process to ensure smooth production, eg equipment or quality issue
Conduct continue improvement activity eg. Improve labor effiency, cost saving, optimize layout
Defince and update process documents including PFMEA, flow chart, working instruction, layout and TPM
Process development for new project to meet time line and within budget
Prepare PPAP package including PFMEA, flow chart, MSA, capacity study and packing specification
Work with function team to support lead event , engineering change and other activity if necessary
Provide training to operator and technician
Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Education background/Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree (BS) from a four-year college or university with major in mechanical-electrical or industry engineering
2. Results oriented, open-minded and good team work spirit
3. Basic oral English, be able to read English specificaiton
4. Good at Office software including Excel, Outlook and PPT

Working experience:
1. More than 3 years experience as process engineer in Auto manufacturing industry are preferred
2. Have experience of new project introduction

Skills:
1. Solid experience of problem solving including 8D, PDCA, Brain storm
2. Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic, be albe to read prouct print, eltrical diagram and hydraulic circuit
3. Basic understand of IE tools: Pokayoke, SMED, capability , SPC, MSA,1pcs flow
4. Rich experience and solid understanding about process documation including PFEAM, CP, FC and etc.
5. Basic understanding about APQP, have experience of new project introduction as process engineer 举报 分享
