6.EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Science or related discipline or Diploma

7.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Four Main Responsibilities:
Job Weighting% Main Responsibilities
60% Audit product batch record and release product
40% Track, analyze, trend, report and improve the batch record performance, product performance, and material performance.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:
Manage the audit and release of raw material to use and product to market and ensure timely batch release and comformance.
Track, analyze, trend, maintain the material and product quality performance and communicate to appropriate groups on a timely basis, and implement/support CAPAs as necessary for improvement
Track,analyze, trend and maintain the right first time of the batch record, and communicate to appropriate groups on a timely basis, and implement/support CAPAs as necessary for improvement
Review, approve, and coordinate to improve the master batch record.
Coordinate to resolve issues related to workorders, processing, filling and packaging of batches.

8.REQUIREMENTS:

Industry experiences:
Good practical knowledge of GMP in food/pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Good knowlege and practice in documentation management.
Knowledge of HACCP and ISO systems would be preferred.
Working exposure and understanding of manufacturing process.

Position experiences:
Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Team player with imitative, drive, good communication skills
Relevant experience in docuemntation management.

Language Skills:
A strong command of written English.

Computer Skills:
Proficient in basic microsoft office
