Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

- Champion a compliance culture within product management team, cross-functional teams and external suppliers - Responsible for GE Control & Power Electronics product line growth and profit margin in line with Asia Growth Strategy - Develop new product strategy and lead NPI execution to drive the growth - Manage the commercialization plan to ensure the right Go To Market strategy - Keep good communication with Global product team for any global initiatives and product support - Develop OEM strategy in Asia key regions (China, South East Asia etc) - Support Asia regional field product manager and sales team in product promotion activities (Training, seminar etc) - Conduct market research to identify the growth area as well as competitor benchmarking - Be as Product expertise in product application, selection and able to transfer the knowledge to other teams (Service, Field PM etc)

Qualifications/Requirements

- University degree in engineering or marketing- Minimum 2 years experience in Control or Power Electronics products- Experience in OEM application is appreciated- Positive influencing skills across functions- Good presentation skills in Chinese and English- Results-oriented individual with ability to establish priorities in a multiple demand environment- Fluent in Chinese and English, oral as well as written
