Primary Responsibilities:
· To provide current market analysis of competitors, trends and market opportunities for Lighting solutions.
- Leverage Global research team resource to support local research
- Setup market knowledge database for GE Lighting Asia, including Lighting market, Segment features, competitor profile, GE winning case and etc.
- Execute market research and market knowledge collection.
- Support vertical initiatives

· Push new product commercialization, work with product and commercial team to make NPI commercialized efficiently
- Facilitate and organize quarterly NPI launch training together with PM across Asia by country
- Arrange monthly M review and investment council
- Optimize sales tools, values statement focus

Qualifications Required:
· At least 5 years relevant working experience.
· Bachelor degree or above
· Excellent English and Chinese both in speaking and writing
· Excellent communication skills on all organizational levels
· Strong ownership spirit and quick response with results-orientation
· Clear thinking, effective communication and good follow-up/deadline management skills.
· High work standards: reliable, responsive and attention to detail.
· Experience in lighting industry is a plus
