职位描述：
GENERAL FUNCTION

To plan and monitor sample order processing at contractor tannery for achieving on time delivery to the customer.
To communicate between customer service and the factory and to report discrepancies

PRIMARY DUTIES

1) To assist and coordinate between customer service and tannery team for transfer of orders, confirmation of ETD and clarification of color and other standards
2) To participate in the tannery planning process for on time processing of samples. To liaise closely with the sample planner of the tannery for the same.
3) To coordinate closely with the technicians of the tannery, Wolverine, laboratory and facilitate right /quicker decision making process in order to maintain high DIFOT
4) To follow up the flow of sample in the machines and influence the on time execution at and every work station to achieve the delivery on time
5) To maintain a clear report of all the standards and retains of the sample orders so that smooth handover to production process is enabled
6) To conduct daily sample production meetings with the factory sample team in order to understand the history of every sample order and there by assist to make effective decisions to maintain the ETD
7) To assist Wolverine technicians and swatch assistant to prepare necessary material and records for development samples / color swatch / color windows / customer reference / free samples in order achieve the delivery on time
8) To monitor closely the stock and maximize the utilization of stock against the sample orders and have a close coordination with the factory warehouse team for effective ETD
9) To send daily the packing list information matching to the daily sample output to the US team in order to get the invoice done before shipment
10) To report daily :
a) Output;
b) Deviation in DIFOT
c) WIP
d) Order book situation

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

1) University Degree or equivalent preferably with specialization in logistics or planning
2) 2 year minimum shop floor experience in handling production operations in a tannery
3) Good English level and computer literate
4) Leather processing and evaluation skills
5) Result driven, resilient to pressure, methodic and organized
