Reporting to: Marketing Director
KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS
1. Franchise Management
- Lead the development of product/franchise strategies to optimize the portfolio business
- Lead new product launching strategy and plan
- Direct and support the product growth initiatives
- Work with other function management team to ensure the cross-functional alignment
2. Organization Effectiveness and People Development
- Assist the marketing director to develop effective team structure to support the growth of business
- Assist the marketing director to establish competency requirement for every marketing position and performance standard for the major market programs
- Develop subordinates through coaching and training programs
3. Resource Management
- Direct team in the product /portfolio budget planning and control
- Input on resource allocation
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
1 Educational /Training
University graduates preferably in Pharmaceuticals, MBA desirable.
2 Working
6 years in Marketing in which at least 1 years is a GPM
3 years people management experience.
Past experience in Sales & Medical will be considered.
